Customers' Reviews: Anthon Johannes L. I would like to give a high compliment for Ziad Rahbany for his album with SALMA, named MONODOSE. Although I almost do not find much Arabic touch in his composition, but this Album can be accepted by Arabic and Non Arabic people. I am looking forward to the other new Album of Ziad Rahbany in the near future, especially something like Monodose, but if I can give him a suggestion is to add more Arabic influences. Because he is very well known as an Arabian musician, so why do not he just explore more something from his Country, but of course with International presentations or to be combined with European music. Hoping that one day, Mr. Ziad Rahbany can come and perform a musical show in Jakarta - Indonesia. Anthon Johannes L. Joseph A genius in his own world, Ziad has once more related the west in an amazing middle eastern blend. An idiologist, heavy thinker, theatrical writer, and world renowned Jazz musician since the 1970s, have showed another creative side, that coordinates with todays mentality. True Lebanese culture. -Montréal, Ca. Submit your Review |
