As usual, Halim's excellence is unsurpassed. In this CD, we relive the realm of the Fifties and Sixties when Arab unity and big dreams were almost coming true by Nasser and his allies. With this CD, one forgets that we live in the 21st century, deep in the heart of the internet and star wars; I really found myself marching in the streets of Cairo calling Nasser's name during the victory of 1956, when Nasser proved to the world that people's will is much more powerful than the forces of Imperialism and Zionism. Powerful music and dedicated artistic work that goes beyond the period during which it was made to live in our hearts one generation after another.
