Excellent CD for fans of Simon Shaheen's music and Sabah Fakhri's incredible voice. As I understand it, the concert was very long yet you will notice that most of Sabah Fakhri's songs are short (very unusual for him). I really hope that they did not cut any material out to conserve time or publish in another CD. The sound quality of the CD is almost perfect. A must for fans of Fakhri and Shaheen.

I seldom listen to Middle Eastern music(from the Maghreb countries obviously?!) the likes of Amr Diab, Ragheb Alama etc is pop corn music in my opinion. Sabah Fakhri in my opinion fits in a different class, I personally think he has one of the best voices in the world and I would stack him right next to Pavarotti maybe even higher..!! This CD is very well recorded(considering it is arabic music, not to much echo)and these two guys do a kick ass job. If these 2 guys ever do a concert together here in the states I will be one of the firt to attend. This CD is a must for those who are more than just recreational music listeners.

I bought this cd a few years back and finding it one of the most inspiring and refreshing album around. The sounds and singing really talk to me, even though I might not understand the language, the music is internationall and beautifully composed. Luciano.
